榮(rong)信興業高(gao)壓無(wu)功(gong)(gong)補償裝(zhuang)置(簡稱RSVG),采(cai)用(yong)瞬時無(wu)功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率(lv)理論的無(wu)功(gong)(gong)檢測方式,以功(gong)(gong)率(lv)因數、網(wang)(wang)側(ce)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓作為(wei)控(kong)制(zhi)目標(biao)(biao),動(dong)態跟蹤電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能相關指(zhi)標(biao)(biao)的變(bian)(bian)化(hua),并(bing)根(gen)據變(bian)(bian)化(hua)情況調(diao)節無(wu)功(gong)(gong)輸(shu)出(chu),實(shi)現(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)的高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能質量運行。控(kong)制(zhi)器采(cai)用(yong)高(gao)速DSP和(he)FPGA,實(shi)現(xian)全數字(zi)化(hua)控(kong)制(zhi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)流數字(zi)閉環(huan)和(he)載波移相技術,信號采(cai)用(yong)光(guang)纖傳輸(shu),實(shi)現(xian)了高(gao)壓隔離,提高(gao)了整機(ji)的穩定性(xing)和(he)可靠性(xing)。采(cai)用(yong)IGBT組成的H橋功(gong)(gong)率(lv)模塊鏈作為(wei)逆(ni)變(bian)(bian)主(zhu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路的結構形式,拓撲(pu)簡單(dan),性(xing)能可靠,并(bing)輔助以小容量儲能元件,整機(ji)輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓由(you)多個(ge)電(dian)(dian)(dian)平臺階(jie)(jie)合成階(jie)(jie)梯波,經過輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)抗濾(lv)波后正弦(xian)度好(hao)。RSVG由(you)于輸(shu)出(chu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)平數多,輸(shu)出(chu)波形具有更(geng)好(hao)的諧波頻(pin)譜,因此RSVG可稱為(wei)“完美無(wu)諧波變(bian)(bian)流器”。
RAPF是一種(zhong)自動跟蹤(zong)電(dian)網諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)變化(hua)(hua),具(ju)有高(gao)度可控性與(yu)快(kuai)速響應性的(de)新(xin)型電(dian)力電(dian)子裝置。可用于動態抑制諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)、補(bu)(bu)(bu)償無功(gong),還(huan)能(neng)夠(gou)對(dui)大小和(he)頻率(lv)都變化(hua)(hua)的(de)諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)以及變化(hua)(hua)的(de)無功(gong)進行補(bu)(bu)(bu)償。APF克服了傳統(tong)無源濾波(bo)(bo)(bo)器濾波(bo)(bo)(bo)效果差、容易發生諧(xie)振和(he)只能(neng)補(bu)(bu)(bu)償固定次(ci)數諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)的(de)缺點,對(dui)各種(zhong)快(kuai)速瞬(shun)變的(de)沖擊型負載均能(neng)起到更好的(de)濾波(bo)(bo)(bo)和(he)補(bu)(bu)(bu)償效果。

電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)爐做為非(fei)線性(xing)及(ji)無(wu)規律負荷(he)接入電(dian)(dian)網,將會(hui)對電(dian)(dian)網產生一系(xi)列(lie)不(bu)良影(ying)響。榮信興(xing)業SVC系(xi)統響應小(xiao)于10ms,完全可以滿(man)足嚴格的技術(shu)要求,能夠(gou)向(xiang)電(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)爐快速(su)提供無(wu)功電(dian)(dian)流并(bing)且穩定母線電(dian)(dian)網電(dian)(dian)壓,增加冶金有功功率的輸(shu)出提高生產效率,并(bing)且最大限(xian)度地降低閃變(bian)的影(ying)響。
SVC應用于(yu)高壓輸(shu)電(dian)網(wang)(wang),可以明顯提(ti)(ti)高電(dian)力系(xi)統(tong)輸(shu)配(pei)電(dian)性能。在電(dian)網(wang)(wang)的一處或多處適合的位置上(shang)安裝(zhuang)SVC,可穩(wen)定弱系(xi)統(tong)電(dian)壓、增(zeng)加小(xiao)干擾(rao)下的阻(zu)尼、提(ti)(ti)高瞬變穩(wen)態極(ji)限、增(zeng)加傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)能力,使(shi)現有電(dian)網(wang)(wang)發揮最大效率,同時(shi)減少傳(chuan)(chuan)輸(shu)損耗(hao)。此外(wai),在配(pei)電(dian)網(wang)(wang)中安裝(zhuang)SVC系(xi)統(tong)也可有效的改善配(pei)網(wang)(wang)電(dian)壓穩(wen)定性,大幅減小(xiao)電(dian)壓波動。

高壓(ya)串補裝(zhuang)置主要用于提升高壓(ya)輸(shu)(shu)電線路(220kV、500kV、750kV等)的輸(shu)(shu)送能力(li)、增強傳輸(shu)(shu)線路的功角穩定性(xing)。
配網(wang)中壓串(chuan)補裝置主要用于(yu)提升(sheng)長(chang)距(ju)離配電線路(10kV、35kV、66kV等)的末端(duan)電壓,改善企業和居(ju)民用電質量。
