榮信興業(ye)高壓(ya)(ya)無功(gong)(gong)補償裝(zhuang)置(簡稱RSVG),采用瞬時無功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率理論的無功(gong)(gong)檢(jian)測方式,以功(gong)(gong)率因(yin)數(shu)、網側電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)作為控(kong)制(zhi)目標,動態跟蹤電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)相關指標的變(bian)化(hua)(hua),并根據變(bian)化(hua)(hua)情況調節無功(gong)(gong)輸(shu)(shu)出,實(shi)現電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網的高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)質量(liang)運行。控(kong)制(zhi)器(qi)采用高速DSP和(he)FPGA,實(shi)現全數(shu)字化(hua)(hua)控(kong)制(zhi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流數(shu)字閉環(huan)和(he)載(zai)波移相技術,信號(hao)采用光纖(xian)傳輸(shu)(shu),實(shi)現了高壓(ya)(ya)隔(ge)離,提(ti)高了整機(ji)的穩定性和(he)可靠(kao)性。采用IGBT組成(cheng)的H橋功(gong)(gong)率模塊鏈作為逆(ni)變(bian)主電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路的結構形式,拓撲(pu)簡單,性能(neng)(neng)可靠(kao),并輔(fu)助以小容量(liang)儲能(neng)(neng)元件,整機(ji)輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)由(you)多個電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)臺(tai)階(jie)合成(cheng)階(jie)梯波,經(jing)過輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)抗濾(lv)波后正(zheng)弦度好。RSVG由(you)于(yu)輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)數(shu)多,輸(shu)(shu)出波形具(ju)有更好的諧(xie)波頻譜,因(yin)此RSVG可稱為“完美(mei)無諧(xie)波變(bian)流器(qi)”。
RAPF是一種(zhong)自(zi)動跟蹤(zong)電網諧(xie)波(bo)變(bian)化,具有(you)高度(du)可(ke)控性(xing)與快(kuai)速(su)(su)響應性(xing)的(de)(de)新型電力電子裝置。可(ke)用于(yu)動態抑制諧(xie)波(bo)、補償(chang)(chang)無功,還(huan)能(neng)夠對大(da)小和頻率都變(bian)化的(de)(de)諧(xie)波(bo)以及(ji)變(bian)化的(de)(de)無功進行(xing)補償(chang)(chang)。APF克服了傳(chuan)統無源濾(lv)(lv)波(bo)器濾(lv)(lv)波(bo)效果差、容易發生諧(xie)振和只(zhi)能(neng)補償(chang)(chang)固定(ding)次(ci)數諧(xie)波(bo)的(de)(de)缺點,對各種(zhong)快(kuai)速(su)(su)瞬變(bian)的(de)(de)沖擊型負載均(jun)能(neng)起(qi)到更好(hao)的(de)(de)濾(lv)(lv)波(bo)和補償(chang)(chang)效果。
RAPF是一種自動跟蹤(zong)電(dian)網(wang)諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)變化(hua),具有高度可(ke)控性與(yu)快(kuai)速響應(ying)性的(de)新型電(dian)力電(dian)子裝置(zhi)。可(ke)用于動態抑制(zhi)諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)、補償(chang)無(wu)功,還能(neng)夠對大小和頻率都變化(hua)的(de)諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)以(yi)及變化(hua)的(de)無(wu)功進行補償(chang)。APF克服了傳統無(wu)源(yuan)濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)器濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)效果差、容(rong)易發生諧(xie)振和只(zhi)能(neng)補償(chang)固定次數諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)的(de)缺點,對各種快(kuai)速瞬變的(de)沖擊型負載均能(neng)起到更(geng)好的(de)濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)(bo)和補償(chang)效果。
電弧爐做為(wei)非線性(xing)及無規律負荷(he)接入電網(wang),將會對電網(wang)產生一系列不良(liang)影響(xiang)(xiang)。榮信興業SVC系統響(xiang)(xiang)應小于10ms,完全可以滿足(zu)嚴格的技術要求(qiu),能夠向電弧爐快速提供無功(gong)電流并(bing)且(qie)(qie)穩定母線電網(wang)電壓,增加冶金(jin)有功(gong)功(gong)率的輸出提高生產效率,并(bing)且(qie)(qie)最大限度(du)地降低閃變的影響(xiang)(xiang)。
SVC應用于高壓輸電(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang),可以明顯提(ti)高電(dian)力(li)系(xi)統輸配(pei)電(dian)性(xing)能(neng)。在(zai)電(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)的(de)一處(chu)或多(duo)處(chu)適(shi)合的(de)位(wei)置上安裝SVC,可穩定弱系(xi)統電(dian)壓、增(zeng)加(jia)小干(gan)擾下的(de)阻(zu)尼、提(ti)高瞬(shun)變穩態極限、增(zeng)加(jia)傳輸能(neng)力(li),使現有電(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)發(fa)揮最大效率,同時(shi)減少傳輸損耗(hao)。此外,在(zai)配(pei)電(dian)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)中安裝SVC系(xi)統也可有效的(de)改善配(pei)網(wang)(wang)(wang)(wang)電(dian)壓穩定性(xing),大幅減小電(dian)壓波(bo)動。
SVC應(ying)用于(yu)高(gao)壓(ya)輸電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang),可以明顯提高(gao)電(dian)(dian)力系統(tong)(tong)輸配電(dian)(dian)性(xing)能。在電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)的(de)(de)一處或多處適合的(de)(de)位置(zhi)上安裝(zhuang)SVC,可穩定弱系統(tong)(tong)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、增加小(xiao)(xiao)干(gan)擾下的(de)(de)阻(zu)尼、提高(gao)瞬(shun)變穩態極限、增加傳輸能力,使現有(you)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)發揮(hui)最大(da)效(xiao)率,同(tong)時減少傳輸損(sun)耗。此外,在配電(dian)(dian)網(wang)(wang)中安裝(zhuang)SVC系統(tong)(tong)也可有(you)效(xiao)的(de)(de)改善配網(wang)(wang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)穩定性(xing),大(da)幅減小(xiao)(xiao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)波動。
高壓(ya)串補裝置主(zhu)要用(yong)于提升高壓(ya)輸電線路(220kV、500kV、750kV等)的(de)輸送能力、增強傳輸線路的(de)功角(jiao)穩(wen)定性(xing)。
配(pei)網中壓串(chuan)補裝(zhuang)置主要用于提升長距離(li)配(pei)電線路(10kV、35kV、66kV等)的末端電壓,改善企業和居民用電質量。
