榮(rong)信(xin)(xin)興業高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)無功(gong)(gong)(gong)補(bu)償裝置(簡稱(cheng)RSVG),采(cai)(cai)用(yong)瞬時無功(gong)(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)理論的(de)(de)(de)無功(gong)(gong)(gong)檢測方式(shi),以(yi)功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)因(yin)數(shu)(shu)、網側電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)作(zuo)(zuo)為控(kong)制目標,動態跟蹤電(dian)(dian)(dian)網電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)相關(guan)指標的(de)(de)(de)變化(hua),并(bing)根據變化(hua)情況調節無功(gong)(gong)(gong)輸(shu)(shu)出,實(shi)現(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網的(de)(de)(de)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能(neng)(neng)質量(liang)運行。控(kong)制器采(cai)(cai)用(yong)高(gao)速DSP和(he)FPGA,實(shi)現(xian)全(quan)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)化(hua)控(kong)制,電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流數(shu)(shu)字(zi)閉(bi)環和(he)載波移相技術(shu),信(xin)(xin)號采(cai)(cai)用(yong)光纖傳(chuan)輸(shu)(shu),實(shi)現(xian)了(le)高(gao)壓(ya)(ya)隔離,提高(gao)了(le)整機的(de)(de)(de)穩(wen)定(ding)性(xing)和(he)可(ke)靠性(xing)。采(cai)(cai)用(yong)IGBT組成的(de)(de)(de)H橋功(gong)(gong)(gong)率(lv)模塊鏈作(zuo)(zuo)為逆(ni)變主電(dian)(dian)(dian)路的(de)(de)(de)結構形式(shi),拓撲簡單,性(xing)能(neng)(neng)可(ke)靠,并(bing)輔助以(yi)小(xiao)容量(liang)儲能(neng)(neng)元件,整機輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)由(you)多個電(dian)(dian)(dian)平臺(tai)階合成階梯(ti)波,經(jing)過輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)抗濾(lv)波后正弦度好(hao)。RSVG由(you)于輸(shu)(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)平數(shu)(shu)多,輸(shu)(shu)出波形具有更(geng)好(hao)的(de)(de)(de)諧(xie)(xie)波頻譜,因(yin)此RSVG可(ke)稱(cheng)為“完美無諧(xie)(xie)波變流器”。
RAPF是(shi)一種自動(dong)跟蹤電(dian)(dian)網諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)變(bian)化,具有高度可(ke)控(kong)性與快(kuai)速響應(ying)性的(de)新(xin)型電(dian)(dian)力電(dian)(dian)子裝置。可(ke)用于動(dong)態抑制諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)、補償無(wu)功(gong),還(huan)能夠對(dui)大小和頻率都(dou)變(bian)化的(de)諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)以及變(bian)化的(de)無(wu)功(gong)進行(xing)補償。APF克服了(le)傳統無(wu)源濾波(bo)(bo)(bo)器濾波(bo)(bo)(bo)效果差、容易發(fa)生諧(xie)振和只能補償固(gu)定次數(shu)諧(xie)波(bo)(bo)(bo)的(de)缺(que)點,對(dui)各種快(kuai)速瞬(shun)變(bian)的(de)沖擊型負載(zai)均能起到更(geng)好的(de)濾波(bo)(bo)(bo)和補償效果。

電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧爐做為非線(xian)性(xing)及無規律負荷(he)接入電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang),將會對電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)產生一(yi)系列不良(liang)影響。榮信興業SVC系統響應小于10ms,完全可(ke)以滿(man)足(zu)嚴格的技(ji)術(shu)要求,能(neng)夠向電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧爐快速(su)提供無功電(dian)(dian)(dian)流并且穩定母線(xian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)網(wang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,增(zeng)加冶金有功功率的輸出提高生產效率,并且最大限度地(di)降低(di)閃變(bian)的影響。
SVC應用于高(gao)(gao)壓輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)網,可以明顯提高(gao)(gao)電(dian)(dian)力(li)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)輸(shu)配電(dian)(dian)性能。在(zai)電(dian)(dian)網的一處(chu)或(huo)多處(chu)適合的位置上安裝SVC,可穩定(ding)(ding)弱(ruo)系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)電(dian)(dian)壓、增加小干(gan)擾下的阻尼、提高(gao)(gao)瞬變穩態極限、增加傳輸(shu)能力(li),使現有電(dian)(dian)網發揮最大效率,同時(shi)減少(shao)傳輸(shu)損耗。此外,在(zai)配電(dian)(dian)網中安裝SVC系(xi)(xi)統(tong)(tong)也可有效的改(gai)善配網電(dian)(dian)壓穩定(ding)(ding)性,大幅減小電(dian)(dian)壓波動。
SVC應(ying)用于高壓輸電(dian)(dian)網(wang),可以明顯提(ti)高電(dian)(dian)力(li)系統(tong)輸配電(dian)(dian)性(xing)能。在電(dian)(dian)網(wang)的一處或多處適合的位置(zhi)上安裝(zhuang)SVC,可穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)弱系統(tong)電(dian)(dian)壓、增加小(xiao)干擾下的阻尼、提(ti)高瞬(shun)變(bian)穩(wen)態極限(xian)、增加傳輸能力(li),使現有電(dian)(dian)網(wang)發(fa)揮(hui)最大(da)效率(lv),同時減(jian)少傳輸損耗。此外,在配電(dian)(dian)網(wang)中安裝(zhuang)SVC系統(tong)也可有效的改善配網(wang)電(dian)(dian)壓穩(wen)定(ding)(ding)性(xing),大(da)幅(fu)減(jian)小(xiao)電(dian)(dian)壓波(bo)動。
高(gao)壓(ya)串補裝置主要用于提(ti)升高(gao)壓(ya)輸電(dian)線(xian)路(220kV、500kV、750kV等)的輸送(song)能力、增強傳輸線(xian)路的功角穩定性。
配網(wang)中壓串補裝置主要用于提升長距離配電線路(lu)(10kV、35kV、66kV等(deng))的末(mo)端電壓,改(gai)善企業和居民用電質量。
