榮信興業高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)無(wu)功(gong)(gong)補償裝置(簡稱RSVG),采(cai)用瞬(shun)時無(wu)功(gong)(gong)功(gong)(gong)率理論的無(wu)功(gong)(gong)檢(jian)測方(fang)式(shi),以功(gong)(gong)率因數(shu)(shu)、網側電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)作(zuo)為控制(zhi)目標,動態跟(gen)蹤(zong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能相(xiang)關指標的變化(hua),并根據變化(hua)情(qing)況(kuang)調節無(wu)功(gong)(gong)輸(shu)出,實(shi)現電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)網的高(gao)(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能質量運(yun)行(xing)。控制(zhi)器采(cai)用高(gao)(gao)速DSP和FPGA,實(shi)現全數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)化(hua)控制(zhi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)數(shu)(shu)字(zi)(zi)閉環和載波(bo)移相(xiang)技術,信號采(cai)用光纖傳輸(shu),實(shi)現了高(gao)(gao)壓(ya)隔(ge)離,提高(gao)(gao)了整機的穩(wen)定(ding)性和可(ke)(ke)靠性。采(cai)用IGBT組成的H橋功(gong)(gong)率模塊鏈(lian)作(zuo)為逆(ni)變主電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路的結構形式(shi),拓撲簡單,性能可(ke)(ke)靠,并輔助(zhu)以小容量儲能元件,整機輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)由多(duo)個電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平臺階合成階梯波(bo),經過輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)抗濾波(bo)后(hou)正弦(xian)度(du)好(hao)。RSVG由于輸(shu)出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平數(shu)(shu)多(duo),輸(shu)出波(bo)形具有(you)更好(hao)的諧波(bo)頻譜,因此RSVG可(ke)(ke)稱為“完美無(wu)諧波(bo)變流(liu)器”。
RAPF是一種自(zi)動(dong)跟蹤(zong)電網諧波(bo)(bo)變(bian)化(hua),具(ju)有高度(du)可(ke)控性與快(kuai)速響應性的(de)新型電力電子裝置。可(ke)用于動(dong)態抑制(zhi)諧波(bo)(bo)、補償(chang)無(wu)功(gong),還能(neng)夠對(dui)大小(xiao)和頻(pin)率都變(bian)化(hua)的(de)諧波(bo)(bo)以及變(bian)化(hua)的(de)無(wu)功(gong)進行補償(chang)。APF克服了傳統無(wu)源濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)器(qi)濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)效(xiao)果差、容易發生諧振(zhen)和只(zhi)能(neng)補償(chang)固(gu)定次數(shu)諧波(bo)(bo)的(de)缺點,對(dui)各種快(kuai)速瞬變(bian)的(de)沖(chong)擊型負載(zai)均能(neng)起到更好(hao)的(de)濾(lv)波(bo)(bo)和補償(chang)效(xiao)果。

電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)爐做為非線性及無規律(lv)負荷接入電(dian)(dian)(dian)網,將會對電(dian)(dian)(dian)網產生一系列不良影(ying)(ying)響(xiang)(xiang)。榮信興業SVC系統響(xiang)(xiang)應(ying)小(xiao)于10ms,完全可以滿足嚴格的(de)技術(shu)要(yao)求,能夠向電(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)爐快(kuai)速提供無功電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)并且穩定母(mu)線電(dian)(dian)(dian)網電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,增(zeng)加冶金(jin)有功功率的(de)輸出提高生產效率,并且最大限度地降低(di)閃(shan)變的(de)影(ying)(ying)響(xiang)(xiang)。
SVC應(ying)用于高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)輸(shu)電(dian)網,可以(yi)明顯提(ti)(ti)高電(dian)力系(xi)統(tong)輸(shu)配電(dian)性能。在(zai)電(dian)網的(de)一處或多(duo)處適合的(de)位置上安裝SVC,可穩(wen)定(ding)弱系(xi)統(tong)電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)、增加小干擾下的(de)阻尼、提(ti)(ti)高瞬變穩(wen)態極限(xian)、增加傳輸(shu)能力,使現有電(dian)網發(fa)揮最大(da)效率,同時(shi)減少傳輸(shu)損耗。此外,在(zai)配電(dian)網中(zhong)安裝SVC系(xi)統(tong)也(ye)可有效的(de)改(gai)善配網電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)穩(wen)定(ding)性,大(da)幅減小電(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)波動。
SVC應(ying)用于高(gao)壓(ya)輸(shu)電(dian)(dian)網(wang),可以明顯(xian)提高(gao)電(dian)(dian)力系(xi)統(tong)(tong)輸(shu)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)性能(neng)。在電(dian)(dian)網(wang)的(de)一處(chu)或(huo)多處(chu)適合的(de)位置上安(an)裝(zhuang)SVC,可穩定弱系(xi)統(tong)(tong)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)、增加小(xiao)干擾下的(de)阻尼、提高(gao)瞬變穩態極限、增加傳輸(shu)能(neng)力,使現(xian)有電(dian)(dian)網(wang)發揮最大效率,同時減(jian)(jian)少傳輸(shu)損耗。此外,在配(pei)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)中安(an)裝(zhuang)SVC系(xi)統(tong)(tong)也(ye)可有效的(de)改善配(pei)網(wang)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)穩定性,大幅(fu)減(jian)(jian)小(xiao)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)波動。
高(gao)壓串補裝置主(zhu)要用于提升高(gao)壓輸(shu)電線路(lu)(220kV、500kV、750kV等)的(de)輸(shu)送能力、增強傳輸(shu)線路(lu)的(de)功角穩定性。
配網中壓串補裝(zhuang)置主要用(yong)于提升長(chang)距離配電線路(10kV、35kV、66kV等)的末(mo)端(duan)電壓,改善企業和居(ju)民用(yong)電質量。
